Duck Lake Oil Painting

Duck Lake is a peaceful lakeside scene in the high Sierra range. (Duck Lake is a small lake just within the boundary of the Carson-Iceberg Wilderness). A flock of Canadian geese grazes in a meadow beside a lake and a stand of pines. Beyond the lake rises a bright mountain peak. The pleasingly texture original oil painting was painted primarily with a painting knife. Framed with a classic blond wood molding is ready to hang.
